I have an existing mortgage loan through TD Bank, but I do the rest of my banking through Regions. Can I receive e-bills so that it is easier to pay my mortgage online?

Welcome to our TD Helps Community, Nicole. There are multiple convenient payment options for TD mortgage account holders; we'll go over all these options with you. To make your mortgage payment online, you may visit http://bit.ly/1p7K5PC to make a one-time payment (using a Checking account only). If you also have a personal TD Bank deposit account and wish to enroll for Online Banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started. Once you're enrolled for online banking, you should be able to view your mortgage account online together with your TD deposit accounts on the same screen. You'll also be able to make a transfer from your existing Checking or Savings account to your mortgage as a payment. When sending a Mortgage payment by mail, feel free to use this address: TD Bank PO Box 5400 Lewiston, ME 04240 If you find you need any additional assistance or would like to make a payment by phone, please do not hesitate to contact us 24/7 at 800-937-5020. You can also step in to a convenient TD Bank Store location; please find one near you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We hope this information is helpful, Nicole and have a wonderful week.

Thanks for joining in, Nadira. Please know that there are federal regulations in place that require financial institutions, including TD Bank, to send a physical copy of your mortgage statement each month. Because of this, mortgage accounts are ineligible for paperless statements at this time. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us using the methods we provide in our reply above. Have a great day, Nadira.
