Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Salamatu.
There are two different types of transfers you can have made; a Person-to-Person transfer through TD Bank Online Banking or a wire transfer.
To use the Person-to-Person transfer feature, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have not enrolled yourself, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 1-888-751-9000 to enroll. Once you’ve enrolled for Online Banking, select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature. With this feature you can also request money from another person. Once you are logged in, under the Person-to-Peron tab please select the "Request Money" option. The person you are requesting funds from will then receive a text or e-mail notification regarding your request and at that point, he/she can choose what financial institution or account he/she would like the funds to be debited from. Please keep in mind that this feature only allows you to make transfers inside the US. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
If you are expecting a domestic wire, you may have funds wire transferred into any transaction account (e.g. Checking, Money Market or Statement Savings); we post all incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. A confirmation will be sent to you the day the wire transfer is credited to your account. At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender.
For an Incoming Domestic Wire Transfer, it is necessary to provide the following information to any individual or financial institution wiring funds into your TD account:
Wire to: TD Bank Location: Wilmington, Delaware ABA#/Routing#: 031101266 Credit To/Beneficiary: Our Customer's Full Name (exactly as we have it listed on their TD Bank account) Beneficiary Address: The address we have listed on our Customer's TD Bank account Account#: Your full TD Bank account number
Please keep in mind also that some transactions may take longer than others. Keep in mind that there may be fees applied for the receipt of a wire. To take a look at any applicable fees, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Let us know if you have any other questions and have a great day.
