My 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan has a lot of electrical issues which makes the car not road worthy, I've spent over a thousand dollars in repairs and may need to have the car's wiring replaced. I've made all my payments since July 2011 but can't go on until the vehicle is safe to drive again, the amount outstanding is about $4300. ... I've REPLACED the car's computer and still big problems. Can I lower my payments by more than half with a longer payout period? I'm at a loss as to what to do given the car is just sitting there collecting dust in my driveway.
