Though you are unable to reopen an account once it is closed, you are able to establish a new account!

Once you've decided on the type of account you'd like to open, you are able to do so by selecting "Open Account" beneath the product of your choosing, calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting us during lobby hours at any TD Store. Regardless of the method you choose to open your account, you will need a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security Number handy.
