Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps today, Ignatius.
Please understand, as we'd like to assist you directly; we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. We'd like to let you know that you can obtain an instant issue TD Bank Visa Debit Card at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of hours and locations near you.
If you're not near a TD Bank Store, but enrolled in Online Banking, you may send a Secure Message via www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In order to process your request via Secured Message for your debit card to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask that you include the following information in you Secure Message:
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent Fed Ex
Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request.
If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box.
