Can I request a new chip card online? I have tried calling the customer service number but the wait times are so long, I can't ever seem to get through.

We apologize that we were experiencing higher call volumes. We'll be sure to help!
You may certainly request a chip card online, by logging into your online banking profile. You are able to send us a secured message requesting a new chip card.
If you're already enrolled for online banking, you may request a debit card online after logging onto your account from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak with our Banking Specialists. Upon account verification, they can assist you with your online banking enrollment request, along with your new debit card inquiry.
If you need a new debit card immediately, please stop by your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. You should walk out with a new debit card in your hand.
We hope this information is helpful, Wendy.
We strive to provide you with legendary Customer Service!
