Sometimes my partner needs to access my account and would like to request an additional card if that is possible.

Thanks for coming by TD Helps this afternoon, Reuben! We'll be sure to provide some information regarding our debit cards.
We'd like to begin by stating that only one debit card can be issued per account holder. If you'd like to have an additional debit card for your account, you can add your partner as a joint owner on the account. Feel free to stop by any TD Bank during lobby hours with your partner with proper photo ID (Driver's License or US passport) so a new signature card can be placed on file. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions, Reuben! Take care and have a great afternoon.
