Welcome to TD Helps, Theresa.
We apologize if you haven't yet received a 1099-INT Form for your TD Bank account(s), and we'll be more than happy to assist you with obtaining this information!
Here at TD Bank, 1099-INT Forms are generated for any account holders who may have earned more than $10.00 in interest for their account(s) in the year 2017. If you believe that you earned more than this amount, and have not yet received your 1099-INT form, we invite you to connect with us when it's convenient for you so that we may have a copy sent to you as soon as possible.
You're first welcome to call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, about having a copy mailed to you. If you're unable to call, you would also have the option of visit a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, that's okay, as you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a 'Your Secure Messages' section. To send a message, simply click 'Send us a secure message.'
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If, before connecting with us, you'd prefer to confirm if you have earned more than $10.00 in interest for your account(s), we'd like to recommend that you review your final statement for the year of 2017, as you can locate your interest on the right hand side of the page under the 'Interest paid year-to-date.' If you don’t have access to a paper statement, don't worry! You can always access your statements through your online banking.
First, you'll want to log in using the link provided above, and after doing so, you'll next want to select your account. Simply click the 'Statements & Notices' tab, and then you may either 'View' your December 2017 statement, or you may even download it.
In addition to viewing your statements online, you are also able to connect with us at any of the methods mentioned above, and we'll be happy to confirm the interest you have earned with you.
We hope you found this information helpful, Theresa!
Thanks again for joining us, and have a great weekend.
