I want to send like 50$ to someone who does not live in US and has a bank account in Bangladesh. Can I do that?

Good evening Nuzhat!
To send funds internationally, you would have the option of sending funds via wire transfer. This can be completed at any TD Bank Store when you stop in with the other bank's wiring instructions. For TD Stores near you, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To get an idea of the information you'll need to request from the other bank, feel free to check out the information on this page: http://bit.ly/1oowsYN.
Keep in mind that wire transfer fees may apply. For our current Fee Schedule please see here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend that your friend check with their financial institution to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services.
Seeing that you're interested in sending a smaller amount, you might wish to ask your recipient if you can mail them a check in US Dollars. You might also like to consider sending an international draft, which is better for smaller amounts and can be sent in local currencies. Please feel free to check out the info on this page: http://bit.ly/KjgTlh in the "International Drafts" section for more information. These can be purchased by our Customers at any of our Stores.
If you have additional questions, feel free to reach us anytime 24/7 at 888-751-9000!
We hope one of these options will help, Nuzhat.
Thanks again for writing in and have a wonderful evening!
