Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Scott. We'd be happy to help!
As a TD Customer, there are a few options available to set up bi-weekly automatic payments to your TD Mortgage from your TD account.
If you have a TD Checking account, you may enroll for TD Online Banking at www.tdbank.com and set up recurring bi-weekly transfers to your Mortgage. To log in, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you have not enrolled, no worries-it's free to do so!
To begin, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your TD account number, TD Debit card, Social Security number and email address. If you experience any difficulties, if you do not have the following information needed or you just have a loan here with us, you can contact us 24/7 at 800-937-5020 and speak with our Financial Solutions Group for further assistance in enrolling only your loan.
Once you've successfully verified and enrolled for Online Banking, you can set up transfers from your TD account by clicking on the “Transfer” Tab. The "From" account would be the account you want the loan payments to come out of. The "To" account should be the loan account you want to set the payments up for. Then select the "Schedule Transfer" option, choosing this option will allow you to set up the date, frequency and End Date for recurring transfers. In the “Frequency” field, you'll have the ability to set how often you want the transfer to be deducted as your loan payment. After you select "Continue", please review your scheduled transfer then "Complete Transfer."
Another option you have to set up bi-weekly automatic payments is by utilizing TD Bill Pay by selecting the "Bill Pay" tab. With Bill Pay, you are able to make recurring payments based on a frequency that you choose. These payments are either mailed via physical check or debited via ACH and credited to your payee. For a more detailed overview, please visit http://bit.ly/1nAVkiK. This is a great option you can use if you have a TD Checking account but your mortgage is with another institution!
To sign up for TD Bill Pay, please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills!
To add a contact to your Bill Pay, please see below:
-Select "Add a company or person to pay" link located in the "Pay Bill" box at the "Payment Center" tab.
-Type in the company's name. You can either choose from the options that will then appear or select "Other Company"
-Fill in the necessary fields then "Add Bill."
To schedule recurring payments using Bill Pay, please follow the steps below after logging on to your account:
- Click on the “Bill Pay” tab located at the top of your screen.
- Click on the “Manage Your Bills” tab.
- Select the appropriate biller from the “Biller Name” list.
- Select the option “Add an automatic payment” from the “What would you like to do?” list.
- Fill out all of the required information and then click on the “Set Up Payment” Button.
If you experience any difficulties with any of these services mentioned, please feel free to connect with us directly at 800-493-7562. After account verification, we'd be happy to help!
