I do not have an account at TD Bank and would like to sign over a check to my fiancé to deposit into his account with TD Bank. Can I do that?

Good afternoon, Stacey, and thanks for coming to TD Helps today.
We're happy to announce that, yes, you'll be able to have your check deposited into your fiancé's TD Bank account! To do so, we ask that both you and your fiancé visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, with a valid photo I.D. Once there, an Endorsement Authorization & Release Form must also be completed at the time of the deposit.
To find TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind, government or insurance checks can only be presented for payment to the person listed on the 'Payable to' line of the check.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact your nearest TD Store location, or you may call and speak with a Banking Specialist. Specialist may be reached at 1-888-751-9000, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.
Thanks again for stopping by, Stacey! Have a great Saturday.
