Welcome to TD Helps, Brenda!
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, typically, online banking access is not given to anyone under the age of 18; however, in the event that you'd like to monitor your child's account through your own personal online banking, you're more than welcome to do so! So that we may assist you with adding their account to your online banking, we invite you to connect with us directly.
There are a couple different ways you may connect with us, and first, we invite you to call and speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialists, 24/7, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. Our Customer Service Representatives are also here to help at any number of our Store locations, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, we understand, and would like to recommend that you then send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Brenda!
Take care, and enjoy the start of your new year!
