Please know that you can reach a live Banking Specialist anytime day or night at 888-751-9000. Just hit Option 0 to be connected with a dedicated Specialist 24/7 to discuss your account. You may also find this page that lists the Bank-by-Phone menu options helpful: http://go.td.com/1HuHfKI. On any menu using the Bank-by-Phone system you can hit Option 0 to directly talk to a real person.
If necessary, please remember that you can always stop by your local TD Bank Store for assistance if you'd like. Find the closest Store and their lobby hours here: http://go.td.com/TDStores. As an alternative, if you've enrolled for Online Banking with us, you can also send us a Secure Message to answer any questions you may have about your account.
