I am 18 with no state id yet and I need to start an account and cash my check for rent.

Thanks for your interest in starting an account with us! We'd love to welcome you to the Bank.
If you don't yet have any type of State ID to start your account with, we can offer you a couple of other options. We usually ask for either one form of primary identification, or two forms of secondary identification as well as your Social Security number to get your account started. We can list these here for you, and if you find that you have any questions about what you can use, we would recommend that you call the Store you intend to visit beforehand just to double check. You can use any one of these primary IDs to get your new account started:.
-State Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-State Issued ID with Photo and Signature
-Temporary Driver's License with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-Learner's Permit with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-Federal Government Employee ID with Photo
-US Government VISA with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-US Passport with Signature
-US Armed Forces (Military) ID with Photo
In case none of these apply for you, Leroy, then you can use any two of the following, one of which must be a photo ID. You'll be glad to know that College ID is one of your options, if this is what you have:
-Employment ID with Photo and Signature
-US Birth Certificate
-US Passport Card with Photo
-Welfare ID with Photo
-State Issued Driver's License with Signature, no Photo
-Foreign Driver's License with Photo
-US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-College ID with Photo
