Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Brooke. We'd be happy to clarify.
We'd like to share that as a credit check is not typically required for a TD Connect Card, you should be able to obtain one by stopping by a TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Please know that TD Bank Customers who have previously charged off accounts can open a TD Connect card as long as they have paid off any delinquent balance.
Anyone who is 18 years of age or older with a Social Security Number and valid U.S. address may purchase a TD Connect Card. At the time of purchase, the minimum initial balance of $25 can be loaded onto the card via cash or check if you not currently have a bank account to be able to transfer the funds from.
To purchase a TD Connect Card, we invite you to visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You're also able to learn more about the TD Connect Card here: http://bit.ly/1Hj2O2X.
If you have any additional questions, Brooke feel free to ask and have a great day!
