Good day, Francis. Welcome to TD Helps.
To ensure your check is being deposited into the correct account, we recommend making the deposit at a TD Bank Store location with a bank teller or at a TD ATM if you have a TD ATM debit card. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. While at the Store, you may obtain some deposit tickets with current info on them at free of charge.
If you could not make to a Store location, no worries because we also offer Mail-In Deposit service; you can mail your checks to:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
Cash should not be sent through the mail Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only) Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy You may also use a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly Do not staple transactions
Additionally, we offer Mobile deposit service via our Mobile App. You can make deposits to your account by using TD Bank Mobile Deposit App. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account.
Please note; there are daily limits and 30-day limits on our Mobile Deposits. The limits on mobile deposits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information on Mobile Deposit.
We invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. Our complete Funds Availability Policy can be found on pages 38-41. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
