If I'm locked out of my TD bank app account because i put the wrong password and want to know if I can I still use my card to put money in it or no? And if I can use my card in the store?

Generally speaking, if you are locked out of online banking, that will not affect your account or debit card.
To regain access to your online account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (or 800-493-7562, Option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help you regain access. If you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help.
