Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Hanna. We would be happy to help.
Although you would still be able to use your previous checks that contain your previous address, it is best recommended to order new checks showing your new address.
There are a few ways that you could reorder checks. If you already use Online Banking, you can order them right through our site. You always have the option to reorder your checks at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. You also have the option of contacting Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to reorder your checks.
Please review the following information on how to order checks via Online Banking.
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to do so for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number provided above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
We hope this helps Hanna. Enjoy the rest of your day.
