We understand that banking needs change so we make it easy to update the type of account you have! You are able to call us directly 24/7 to make the change to our Premier Checking account by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help you make the change.
If you prefer to speak to a Representative in person, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours to update your account. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Sometimes you may not have the time to give us a call or stop by. We understand! You are able to sign in to Online Banking and send us a secure message to update your account. To do so, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." In your message be sure to include your account number and the type of checking account you're updating to.
If you are not currently enrolled, you are able to sign up at any time by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Be sure to have your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card, Social Security Number and email address handy when you sign up. If you have any trouble enrolling, feel free to call us 24/7 using the number above or visit a TD Store during lobby hours.
