Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Pasqualina. You came to the right place for information. You can get cash advances on your credit card including Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card up to a certain limit per card per day. We do not accept American Express Cards in our Stores for over-the-counter Cash Advances. American Express cardholders with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) can access our ATMs. In order to do so, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during our lobby hours. Please ensure you have the physical card present to process the cash advance. You may find a Store listing local to you at http://bit.ly/TDStores. Additionally, we'd like to invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1voNBCy to find out more about the service we offer called TD Debit Card Advance. This is an optional overdraft service we provide with our personal Checking accounts that may help you at this time. The Frequently Asked Questions for this service can be found here: http://bit.ly/1sXNJNf, and you can also find additional details here: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC. Please note that with this option, we may authorize debit card purchases or ATM transactions even when you do not have enough money available in your account so you may be able to complete your transaction, but it may result in a fee. In addition, please note that the approval or decline of a transaction will be at the Bank's discretion. If you'd like to enroll, you may do so by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or you're welcome at any TD Bank Store. You can also enroll for this service through your Online Banking Profile by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and clicking the Customer Service tab. Once you have done so, find the Enroll in TD Debit Card Advance option to continue selecting this service. Your account will be ready to use this service on the business day after you enroll. If you prefer speaking with a Representative in person, please feel free to stop by a TD Bank Store in your neighborhood during normal lobby hours. They will also be able to assist you with any questions you have and your application. Please reach out to us again though if you have any further questions. Have a great day!

Hello Carly, Thanks for joining our conversation! We hope you're doing well tonight. If you're interested in obtaining a cash advance using your TD Bank Visa Debit card, please keep in mind that limits apply. To view your current daily limit amounts, you're welcome to take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement at: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ on pages 43-44. When visiting us at a TD Bank Store, we will not assess a fee for a cash advance; please keep in mind that if you choose to visit another financial institution, they may charge a fee and we recommend inquiring about this prior to your transaction. Please note that a cash advance can only be made using existing funds in your account. If you're interested in using our optional overdraft service, TD Debit Card Advance, please keep in mind that limits are set at the discretion of the Bank and can vary based on your account history. Feel free to refer to the links provided in the previous message for additional info. An overdraft fee can be charged for each transaction which overdraws your account when using this service and you can see more about this on our current Fee Schedule, located here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Hoping this answers your questions, Carly. Thanks again for visiting and have a great night!
