I wanted to know if I can talk to a customer service representative alone in a private room?

For further assistance with your request, we encourage you to reach out to a Customer Service Representative directly. You may contact a Specialist by dialing 888-751-9000. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be more than happy to help schedule you an appointment to speak with someone in the Store.
