can I talk to the customer service representative I need to ask about removing the security questions.

If you are looking for assistance to have your security questions for online banking reset, you may reach us at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note that in order to use online banking, you must have three security questions set up. You will not be able to remove your security questions.
If you are not locked out of your account, and are able to log in, you may change your security questions without having to call! You must first log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and click on the 'Customer Service' tab. Then, you may select 'Security Questions' under 'Update Profile and Preferences'. Next to each security question, you will see a 'Change' button.

I am in China and cannot access my account. I keep gettting messages that there is maintanance being done on the site.
I have bills to pay and this is not good, as I have to pay my bills on time or it will affect my credit.

I had problems to access my account due to the numerous security roadblocks. How can I talk to somebody to sort this out? Need to access my account and my visa statements as well. I was planning to go to the Naples branch, 25 minutes drive from here but the main street there is under construction. Your security measures have been a nightmare from the start.
