Can I transfer $125 from my TD Bank Checking account to a Well Fargo checking account for someone who needs money?

With our Person-to-Person payment feature via your TD Online Banking, you have the ability to send funds to anyone within the Unites States! Check out: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL for more details on this feature.
In order to be eligible to use the Person-to-Person payment service, you must have a United States address, a unique United States phone number, a United States-issued Social Security number and a valid unique email address. You must also be enrolled for Online Banking and be using a TD Bank Checking or Money Market account for the transfer. Please also note that Person-to-Person payments will only allow you to transfer funds from your TD Bank Account to any other individual's bank account within the United States.
To use this transfer feature, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not enrolled, please follow: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call one of our 24/7 Specialists at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our dedicated Specialists would be happy to assist. Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Online Banking, you will then select the “Person-to-Person” Tab to enroll in this feature. You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once you enter the information, you are now signed up to use this feature!
You will have two delivery options when sending a Person-to-Person payment; there is the three business day option and the next business day option. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
