Great question, Meka and thanks for stopping by! We'd be glad to let you know more about transfers you make between accounts.
If you make a transfer from one of your TD Bank accounts to another, the funds will be immediately available for you to withdraw. Please note that in order for the transfer to be considered for the same banking day and post for that day, it must be completed with a Teller at your TD Store, online or with a Customer Service Representative by phone before 11:00 pm EST on that business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

If you'll be using transferring funds to or from another banking institution, please note that these types of transfers generally require 2-3 business days to be complete, and will not be available to post on the same business day.
