Welcome to TD Helps, Jane! This is a great question, and we'll be happy to help.
First, if you are the only signer on your business account, and are currently enrolled in personal Online Banking, you may call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000. Upon account verification, they'll be happy to add your business account to your personal Online Banking so that you may perform a transfer whenever you find necessary.
If you are not the only signer on your business account, we require that you provide us with a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account. Once you have this information, we ask that you please visit your nearest TD Store location so that we may add your business account to your own, personal Online Banking.
Another option you have would be to add your personal account to your business Online Banking, if you are currently viewing your business account via TD Bank BusinessDirect. In order to do so, we also ask that you visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to submit this request, in person.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, and wish to do so, you're more than welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1lqyp6r, to begin. In order to complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security number, and a valid email address.
If you would like to enroll in TD Bank BusinessDirect, and you have your ATM/Debit Card, please use the link here: https://go.td.com/1dl2HX6 to begin the application process. It's important to note that in order to complete this application; you will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your e-mail address.
When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password. If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card for your business, please visit your local TD Bank Store for further assistance.
If you do not have any of the required information needed to complete the enrollment process for either Personal Online Banking or BusinessDirect, or if you have any trouble doing so, please don't hesitate to reach out to a Tech Support Specialist for further assistance. They may be reached at 800-493-7562, and are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition to performing this transfer online, you may also call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. After verification, if you are a legal signer on both the Personal and Business account you are attempting to transfer to and from, a Specialist will be more than happy to complete this for you right over the phone.
Lastly, you would also be able to visit a TD Store location to perform this transaction. Should you decide to visit your local TD Store, please be sure to have a valid photo I.D. with you so that this transaction may be completed successfully.
We hope this information was helpful, Jane. Have an amazing day!
