Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Arielle! We're happy to answer any questions you may have about online transfers.
Currently, TD Bank does not have the ability to transfer from your TD Account to another TD Account via our Mobile App; however, you can initiate this transfer Online via our site by using the Person-to-Person feature.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking yet, you can do so by following: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call one of our 24/7 Digital Specialists at 1-800-493-7562. After account verification, our dedicated Specialists would be happy to assist.
Once you’ve successfully enrolled for Online Banking, you will then select the “Person-to-Person” Tab to enroll in this feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD. Here is our Personal Deposit Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for you to view for more information.
If Person to Person feature is not an option for you or you have a TD Business checking account, you can make a deposit into your mother's TD Account by visiting us at any TD Store. You can deposit cash or check, please make the check payable to the individual and write “for deposit only” with the account number on the back of the check, and this can be processed with a Teller in the Lobby or Drive-thru at any TD Bank location. When making the deposit directly into the other account, there is no charge to you. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find the TD Bank location closest to you.
We hope this helps, Arielle. Have a great one and let us know if you have any additional questions.
