Can I transfer money from my TD account to my overseas account by depositing my personal TD check?
If yes, any fees?
Any better way to transfer the money?

Hi Dean. Thanks for writing in to us again!
You should be able to deposit a personal TD Bank check into your overseas account. Whether or not the check would be accepted for deposit is at the discretion of your foreign bank.
While TD Bank does not charge any fee for depositing a check into a foreign account, we recommend speaking with a representative at your bank there. In addition to adjustments for the foreign exchange rate, your financial institution there may charge a fee for foreign check collection.
As foreign check collection can take some time, often weeks, we want to make you aware that the quickest way to send funds internationally is by wire transfer. If you'll be in the United States anytime soon, you can visit any TD Bank Store to initiate a wire transfer to your foreign account. All international wire transfers must be done in person at a TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. As there may be a fee associated with sending an international wire transfer, we recommend reviewing our Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK for additional information.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope you're having a great day, Dean!
