Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Zack. We'd be more than happy to help.
To transfer funds from your TD Bank account to your family member's Wells Fargo bank account, you may use our online Person-to-Person feature if you have a TD personal checking account. This feature is located under the "Person-to-Person Payments" tab via your Online Banking. To add contacts to your list, please click on the "Contacts" link located beneath the "PopMoney" word.
For the information on External Transfer and PopMoney Payments Services Terms and Conditions, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (specifically Pg. 3, Section 1.16 for information on the payment methods and Amounts).
If you have not enrolled for online banking, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists.
If Person to Person transfers are not an option for you or you have a TD Business checking account, you may wish to visit your local TD Bank store to initiate a domestic outgoing wire transfer. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store, you will need to provide the name, address and ABA (routing) number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
If you do not currently bank with TD Bank, you may wish to check with your financial institution to determine if they offer the same type of service or any other options they may offer currently.
We hope this information helps, Zack. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
