Hey Vanessa, thanks for coming by TD Helps!
With our Person-to-Person payment feature, you can send funds to anyone and anywhere within the US whether they have a TD account or bank with another Financial Institution. For more details, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL. If you haven't used this service yet, we'll be happy to walk you through the enrollment process and help get you started.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging onto your account, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete, you’ll be ready to send the payment!
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, don't worry! You may use our self-service option by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Just in case you do not have the required information to set up Online Banking, or if you need assistance with enrollment or a transfer, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
When sending a transfer, you will have two delivery options, three day or next day delivery. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Please note, fees may apply for the Transfer service. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K.
If the amount you are looking to send your friend exceeds the limit allowed, you may wish to initiate a wire transfer. To initiate a domestic or international wire transfer from your TD Bank account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
For any wire transfer to another domestic financial institution from your TD Bank account, you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. Please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
Additionally, there are also fees associated with these types of transfers and welcome you to check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more details.
We hope this helps and please have a wonderful day!
