Can I transfer my direct deposit to my other checking account? I recently opened another checking account with TD. Now I have 2 checking accounts, is it possible to easily switch the direct deposit to my new account so I can then close my older checking account?
Would it be possible to avoid having my employer get involved or do I have no other choice but to give him the Direct Deposit form?

Welcome back to TD Helps, Daniel! We'll be glad to answer your question regarding direct deposit.
If you'd like to switch your direct deposit account, it would be necessary to fill out a new direct deposit authorization form.
Additionally, you would need to contact your employer to cancel your current direct deposit as well. Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1hLQ1cP to access the Direct Deposit Form. Once you've completed the form with your personal information, please give the form to your employer to complete the rest of the form.
If you're unable to download the form, you can stop into any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this answers your question, Daniel and enjoy the rest of your week! Take care.
