Welcome to TD Helps, Berkhan.
We are happy to inform you that you can transfer funds between your TD Simple Savings account and your TD Checking account. There are a few options available to you and we'd be happy to go over these options with you.
By dialing 888-751-9000 and inputting your account number or TD debit card number, you may initiate your account funds transfer via our IVR system. To do so, please select option 3 than entering the account you'd like to work with. If you prefer to speak with a Specialist, you may select 0 at any time and once connected; our Specialists would need to verify your account. After account verification, they'd be happy to help with your request.
You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance or visit any TD ATM with your TD debit card. Please note, to transfer funds using your TD debit card at an ATM, both accounts must be linked to the same card. For locations near you, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option you have is to transfer funds using our self-service option via your TD Online Banking. To begin, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not enrolled, that is okay! Please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin. You will need your account number, TD debit card, Social Security number and email address. If you do not have the information needed, please give us a call 24/7.

Select the account you'd like to funds to be debited from than select then account you’d like to transfer the funds into. Please select the type of Transfer than click on "Continue." We will than ask you to review your transfer request. After reviewing this information, please submit your request by clicking on the "Complete Transfer" box.
Please keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of transfers that can be made from savings to other accounts before receiving a fee. Savings and Money Market accounts are restricted to a limit of six withdrawals during a statement period. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our fee schedule.
The transactions which are limited for Money Markets and Savings accounts are:
- Pre-authorized ACH – Automated Clearing House debits (health club fees, insurance premiums, car payments and mortgage payments).
- Pre-authorized transfers (Overdraft protection, transfers to Holiday Club and transfers to a checking account).
- TD Bank Online Banking and Telephone Banking transfers (transfers that are debited from the Money Market or Savings account).
- Request made via phone or fax for transfers (a request made by phone falls in the unlimited category if a check is mailed to the depositor as a result of the phone transaction)
- A check drawn on the account to any payee (this type of transaction is limited to checking accounts and MMDA accounts)
- Debit Card purchases (this type of transaction is limited to checking accounts)
