Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Virginia.
Please note, if you have been locked out of your account due to failed authentication with a Customer Service Representative, it will be required to visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours with proper identification. Take a look here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc for nearby locations and hours.
If you wish to change your password listed on your accounts for verification purposes, you may send a Secured Message upon logging onto your online banking profile. In order to change your current password, you must know the existing password on file.
We hope this information has been helpful. Take care!
