I HAVE PARKINSON'S DISEASE AND HAVE A VERy DIFFFICULT TIME BEING UNDERSTOOD ON THE PHONE. MY DAUGHTER XXXX XXXXXXXXX XXXX CURRENTLY HAS A DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY AND WAS TRYING TO LOG INTO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTXXXXXXXXX HOWEVER, SINCE SHE WAS SIGNING IN @ A DIFFERENT COMPUTER IT ASKED A SECURITY QUESTION WHICH SHE GOT WRONG AND IT LOCKED THE ACCOUNT CAN I UNLOCK MY ACCCOUNT WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL IN? THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE FOR OUR HELP IN THIS MATTER.

If your account is locked, you must contact us either via phone or visit a TD Bank Store to have your Online Banking restored. As you've mentioned, your daughter has durable power of attorney. If this is listed on your business account and if she was trying to log into your TD Bank BusinessDirect primary user logon, we should be able to assist. You may have her contact our Small Business Team at 800-493-7652 option 2 and upon account verification; they'd be able to help.
