Welcome to TD Helps, Thomas. We'd be happy to clarify.
With checking deposit slips you are able to make a deposit into any TD checking account at any TD Store. If you have a savings account and need to fill out a deposit slip, there are forms specific to savings accounts. When you visit a TD Store, the checking deposit slips have a green top edge while savings slips are edged in purple.
Keep in mind that your account number may be printed on your deposit slip. If this is the case and you're trying to make a deposit into someone else's account or a different type of account, it will be unsuccessful as your account number is already displayed.
If you have any questions about what slip should be used or about deposit slips you already have, feel free to ask any Teller at your TD Store. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Thomas and have a good day.
