We hope you're just as excited as we are for TD Bank's new Online Banking experience that is coming soon, and we'll be more than happy to help answer any questions or concerns you may have beforehand.
We understand that you may be concerned that you'll be unable to have a period (.) included in your user name as of November 13th; however, we have great news! In the event that you need to create a new user name, it may include letters, numbers, an underscore (_), or a period (.). The characters that will not be allowed are as follows:
/ \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @
When you're ready to change your user name, just in case you may need to, you'll first want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have logged in, select the 'Customer Service' tab, which you can find on the upper, right hand side of your screen. Then, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', select 'User Name'. From here, you can update your username using the credentials provided above.
If you have any trouble, or if you would prefer to change your user name with a Specialist, we're always here to help!
