Good to see you on TD Helps, James! We're more than happy to provide some valuable information while traveling outside the U.S.
You'll be pleased to know that you are free to use your TD Bank Visa Debit Card anywhere Visa is accepted! Check out: http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu for some travel tips that you may find useful. You may also want to review our frequently asked questions by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc.
If you haven't done so already, we invite you to place a travel notification on your accounts. Once your account is notated, TD Bank will be aware of your current and future locations, which can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may also send a Secure Message through Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in online banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable. If you are unable to call or send an email, you can always visit your local TD Bank and have a Customer Service Representative place the travel notes for you. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and if you already left the States, you may reach us at 1-856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518.
We hope this helps you, James and we hope to see you again soon! Take care and have a great time.
