I am in Costa Rica and forgot to call before I left is there a way I can approve my card being used here?

We're pleased to inform you that you can use your TD Bank Visa Debit Card worldwide, anywhere VISA is accepted. You can also use your debit card to make cash withdrawals internationally at any ATM Machine that displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. Please note, ATM fees may apply; we encourage you to check out our current fee schedule, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you use your debit card out of the country.

You may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Account Number, ATM/Visa Debit Card Number, and email Address. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
