Hi there Emi,
You can definitely use your TD Visa Debit card online with any retailer that accepts Visa.
If you weren't able to do so on Amazon, it's possible that the billing address on file with your card doesn't match the info you were entering. A number of other possibilities exist as well – for this reason, we ask that you get in touch with us so we can investigate the cause of this decline.
Please give us a call at 888-751-9000, anytime, 24/7 and we're sure one of our dedicated Specialists can see what happened here and offer some solutions.
In case you were trying to use a TD Visa Credit card online, please call TD Card Services instead at 888-561-8861, also 24/7.
If you prefer, you're also invited to any nearby TD Bank Store for assistance. And just incase there's any issue with your card itself, you can also get a new one at the Store while you wait! Please see a listing of our Stores nearest you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks for writing to us, Emi.
Hoping this helps with your card and take care!
