I'm having trouble using my card with a purchase on a Japanese website. I am not traveling, simply buying this as an online purchase. I've checked my card information I typed in over and over again and it comes up with an error saying:
Failed to check the validity of credit card.
This card is unavailable.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check with your credit card company.
If necessary, please contact your credit card company to confirm that there are no restrictions on your card when being used at our store.
