Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Serhii! We'll be sure to share some information with you tonight regarding debit card usage abroad.
You'll be pleased to know that your TD Bank Visa debit card works wherever Visa is accepted. However, please keep in mind that Non-TD ATM fees may apply as well as any fees the owner of the ATM may charge. For more information regarding fees, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Fee Schedule. We also invite you to review page 45 of our Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for more information about exchange rates for purchases. Please also refer to that link (pg. 44 – 45) for information on any respective withdrawal limits that apply.
Please note, for your protection, TD Bank continually monitors your debit card activity, and we may decline any irregular TD debit card or ATM transaction that is attempted. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to give us a call 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 011-215-569-0518 via collect with operator assistance from a non-mobile phone so that we may notate this on your account for you. Please provide us with the dates and any other locations you'll be visiting when you call, so that your card will continue working as expected.
We hope this answers your question, Serhii and come on by TD Helps any time you have a question. Take care and have a great night!
