Hi Ronnie! Thanks for stopping by TD Helps with your question.
We're glad to hear that you've received your new TD Bank Visa Debit Card! Once you activate your new card, you should be able to go forward using it right away!
On your new card, there should be a sticker advising you to call to activate the card first. That number is 888-553-4122. If this is a new debit card, you'll be asked to enter the card information and the last four digits of your Social Security Number before setting in your PIN. If this is simply a reissued card, your PIN number will still be in place.
Once you've activated your new debit card, you should be all set to start making purchases anywhere Visa is accepted, as well as making ATM withdrawals!
As a reminder, when a non-TD Bank ATM is used, a fee can be charged. This fee is separate from any fee the other bank or ATM company may charge. Whenever possible, we recommend using a TD Bank ATM for your withdrawal. For information about this fee, please review the Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a great weekend ahead of you, Ronnie. Happy Holidays!
