Thanks for connecting with us here at TD Helps, Mike. We'd be glad to help provide details.
Although TD Bank and TD Ameritrade are under the same TD shield, we are different entities. We apologize that you would be unable to complete any TD Bank transactions at TD Ameritrade locations and vice versa.
If you're not located in the area of any TD Bank Stores right now, to avoid fees for withdrawing cash you'll be happy to know that many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. When making your purchase, please look for a cash back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash.
We also recommend reviewing your available balance prior to your withdrawal; this option is always free by logging into your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or by phone with a Representative or our Self Service Phone Line at 888-751-9000. If you're not yet enrolled for online banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby.
Additionally, TD Bank Customers can use their TD Visa Debit card to obtain a Cash Advance at any location that allows this transaction up to $5000 per card/per day. Please also know that the cash advance amount will be immediately deducted from TD Customer’s primary Checking account. Please note, in order to use this service, the funds must be available in your account.
We hope this helps, Mike. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to let us know. Have a great day!
