Thanks for writing in today and great question!
We have several options for you to load your Connect Card and you can see a bit more about this here: http://bit.ly/1AHFwek. You have the option of loading your card online using a TD Bank Visa Debit or Credit card, via direct deposit, or depositing cash or checks at a TD location.
We apologize that we don't offer the option of using another bank's card to add money to your Connect account. From your message, it sounds as though you may not have a TD Debit or Credit card with us to use for funding. If not, we'd like to remind you that if you opt to link a TD Checking account with your Connect card, your monthly maintenance fee for the Connect card would be reduced from $5.99 to $2.99 (subject to change). You would also then be issued a Visa Debit card which you could use for online funding. More info about this can be found at the link above, using the first option on the page.
