When I was living in the US I had a TD bank account. When I left US I forgot about that account, which had +25$. Years after I discovered that the account is now in negative balance (-40$) and has been forcedly closed. I would like to pay this negative balance, but I live in Germany and I cannot come back to US. How can perform the payment? Can I use Western Union?
