If you are TD Small Business account holder and are currently using TD Bank BusinessDirect online banking to manage your Checking account, the images of checks deposited during the previous and current statement cycles are viewable online. Please note; the images of ATM deposits are not available online at this time. To view the images of your deposited items, please first access your online banking from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and then follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab -Click on the blue hyperlink of your accounts name -Make the selection from “Show the Transactions From" which is under Account History -Locate the deposit Click on View Click on Deposit Details
We apologize as this feature is not currently available online if you are signed up for Retail online banking. However, we may mail the images of deposited items to your address on file per your request. Please note; a charge may apply for this service. You may submit check copy request by contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Store Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you.
Lastly, if you only need to confirm if certain checks have been previously deposited into your Checking account, you may feel free to contact us and we'll be more than happy to help upon proper account verification. When contacting us, please provide us all the information you can remember regarding these particular items, such as check amounts, payee names and approximate deposit dates.
