I recently used a certified check to put a deposit down on a new home. My mortgage company would like an image of the cancelled check. Do I have access to that?

Congratulations on your new home! We're hope everything is going smoothly and we're happy to help you in this process.
We've looked in to this a bit for you. Since we no longer offer certified checks, we think you may be referring to the purchase of an Official Check from us. If this is the case, to obtain a copy of the paid check you are more than welcome to visit the same TD Bank Store at which you purchased it. If the item has been paid, they can present you with a copy of it. Kindly keep in mind that if the item was paid some time ago, an order may need to be placed. Feel free to find your Store including their contact information here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you find that you have any questions, Kelly, we are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Please keep in mind that our Official Check Department is available during standard business hours, so if the question may be specific or if you'd like to see if the item was paid, please call during that time frame so we can best assist you.
We hope this provides the help you need, Kelly.
Wishing you the best of luck with your new home! If we can help you with this in any other way, please get in touch!
