Welcome to TD Helps, Rick. We're glad to provide you with more information!
If the check that you're inquiring about has been paid in the past 60 days, you may view the image via your Online Banking profile. Once you're logged in, please select "All Available History" from the drop-down box located under the "Account History" section, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
Additionally, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement. If you do not have paperless statements, you may have your check images displayed on your monthly statement. Please note that there may be fees for this additional service. Take a look at our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. To request your check images to be included on your paper statements please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store location. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you do not currently use Online Banking or your check image was not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our Banking Specialists a call at the telephone number listed above, and they can mail a copy to your home address. If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. You may also send us a Secure Message via Online Banking to request a copy. Once you're logged in to your Online Banking, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.”
Thanks for writing in today, Rick and please let us know if we can assist again!
