Good to see you Nick,
While we don't currently offer the option to view checks online that you've deposited to your account, we'd be happy to help you retrieve some copies. Typically, we can offer copies of information on your account for up to seven years.
You may request copies of your deposited checks (and deposit slips if you like) by sending us a secure message via your Online Banking account. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you can get started by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, feel free to contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you've successfully enrolled for Online Banking and have logged in, to send a secure message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message." In your message, please provide specific details regarding your request.
You can also connect with us directly at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, available 24/7. After account verification, we would be more than request those copies for you. Additionally, you can stop by any TD Store, during lobby hours, for your request. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Your requested copies will be mailed to you to the address we have on file and you should expect to receive your copies within 7-10 business days. Please note that there may be fees associated with this request. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fees that may apply.
Nick, thank you again for getting in touch and we hope this helps a bit.
Feel free to reply to us with any additional questions – enjoy your holiday!
