Knowing what you've deposited in your account is important and luckily there are a few ways to access that information.
For security purposes, we do not allow deposits to be viewed from Online Banking. You can, while logged in, send a secured message to one of our representatives requesting a copy of the deposit. We would be able to send it to you via standard mail or fax. To send a secure message, you would select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message." The subject line that best addresses this request would be, "Request a Transaction Copy." In the body of the message you would need to provide the details about the deposit such as the date and the amount.
In addition to sending a secure message, you can call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a representative can order the deposit copies for you. Alternatively, you may visit one of our TD Bank Stores to access the deposit information. To find the closest location near you please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
