Hey, Jacquelyn! Thanks for visiting us on TD Helps with your question today, we're glad to help.
Please note that as a TD Bank Customer, you're welcome to purchase TD Bank Official Checks with cash or a withdrawal from your account at any TD Store (lobby or drive-thru). To find your closest Store, please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note that fees may apply for the purchase, and our current Fee Schedule can be viewed at this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Official Checks may be purchased in any amount you prefer at that time.
If you need to make a payment online, you're welcome to use our convenient and free Bill Pay service available there. For more information about the TD Bank Bill Pay service, including our FAQs, please see: http://bit.ly/1nAVkiK.
To use this service, please log in to your Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click on the Bill Pay tab. To begin, you'll need to accept the User's Agreement, and then you're able to begin adding your billers and scheduling payments.
Once a bill payment is submitted, please note that the payment method is determined by the payee. We always try to send the payment out electronically; however if the payee is not set up to receive electronic transmittals from financial institutions or if there is some information that does not match (i.e., account number or account-holder’s name), we process a bank draft check and mail it directly to the payee.
For any additional questions, feel free to give one of our TD Bank Digital Banking Specialists a call at 800-493-7562, 24/7 so we can help you further.
We hope this is helpful, Jacquelyn! Let us know if you have any questions, and have a great afternoon.
